When we were in Atlanta, we took a tour of Turner Field, where the Braves play.
It was kind of spooky that we were the only ones in the entire stadium. It felt a little "Twilight Zone"-ish.
During our tour, we were also allowed to sit in the press box, look in the locker room and go near the field and the dugout. We couldn't go ON the field or IN the dugout because of some special rules and stuff that was on the field at the time.

Sam's Last Swim Class at Utah Pool
During the last 10 minutes of the last class of every swim session, at Utah Pool, they turn on the water playground for the kids. Sam has a blast yesterday.

Hello Again
I know that I haven't posted in a while, but there have been a lot of things going on. Here is the rundown of what's been happening since our last posting.
- Taking off a day to take care of a sick little boy.
- Taking care of our loan documents to make sure that everything is going smoothly.
- Completing taxes for 2011.
- Touring daycare centers to determine the best fit.
- Trip to Atlanta to visit my dad (March 15-20).
- Planning Sam's 3rd birthday party.
- Packing for our move.
- Sam is much better and back at daycare. Check!
- Our loan looks good. It looks like we will be able to put more of a down payment on our house that we originally thought. Check!
- Brian is working on taxes tonight. Check!
- We found Sam a great daycare (surprisingly Christian based). Check!
- Our Atlanta trip was great. Thanks for everything Dad. Pictures will be posted soon or you can just check out my Facebook page for some of them. Check!
- I went to Michael's during my lunch hour today to get things for Sam's party next weekend. Check!
- Packing for our move . . . well, we're not as far as we should be.
I think that's fair.

Fresh Start
We have the chance to start anew.
We are going to use the purchase of our new home as a catalyst for new processes within our home to stay organized. It may take a little while to get the processes in gear, but better now that 2 years later when the house is a mess and we don't know where to start.

Moving Fast- Part 2
The sellers of the first house that we put an offer accepted another person's offer. Yuck!!
That house is dead to me.
The good news is, there is another house that we looked at on Sunday that I liked a little bit better. Brian drove up there tonight to take another look in the evening, and he just gave the okay for us to put in an offer.
Here are photos of this house.

Moving Fast
With our house going on the market and coming off the market with an offer with the first showing, we really needed to move fast if we were going to be able to find a house and hopefully move in before our current house closes.
We think we found the house. Our agent is going to write our offer this morning. We just love it (wood floors, sunny, open, HOA, awesome kitchen). And the list goes on and an.
Here are some photos.

It's Official. Our House is OFF the Market!
Within 36 hours of putting our house on the market, we received an initial offer, sent a counter offer and it was accepted.
Our house is under contract.
That means that we don't have to keep our house sparkling anymore (but it does look good!).
That also means that we need to get out there and look at some houses. The buyer of our house wants to close on April 13th. That only leaves us 6 weeks. EEK!!
We are headed out tomorrow. Wish us luck!
