Meatless Monday on Sunday

I had some vegetables that were going bad, so I wasn't able to wait until tonight for Meatless Monday.

Vegetable Pizza

1 can artichoke hearts
1 green pepper
8 oz. package of sliced mushrooms
Mozzarella cheese
Pesto
DiGiorno pizza crust
